Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a Sous Chef – Colleague Restaurant to lead culinary operations, collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu development and mentoring a team of colleagues. You will drive menu innovation while upholding standards across the Colleague Restaurant.

You will ensure high-quality dishes, accommodate dietary needs, manage stock and costs, and enforce health and safety regulations to support an exceptional guest and colleague experience.
