Paramount Personnel is seeking a talented Sous Chef for an award-winning restaurant in Falmouth, Cornwall. Up to £38k per year plus a generous share of service charge, with immediate start and excellent career opportunities. Driving license is preferable due to the location.

The successful candidate should bring sound fine dining kitchen experience, Rosette familiarity, and a drive to excel. You will lead the kitchen brigade and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes.
