Sous Chef – Seasonal Italian Kitchen, Mentoring Team

The Canteen, part of Public House Group, is looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join the kitchen team in London. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, train junior staff, and help maintain high standards of safety, quality and consistency.

You will contribute to seasonal menus, work across sections during busy periods, and benefit from food discounts, weekly tips, and career progression opportunities. This role suits someone passionate about sustainability and great British produce.
