Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production and staff supervision.

• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Maintain strict standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety throughout the kitchen.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a reputable establishment.
