About the Role

Our client is looking for an inspiring and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the operations of a luxury spa within their boutique hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing spa staff, developing service offerings, and driving profitability. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for wellness and customer service. You will work from the beautiful hotel premises, creating a tranquil and rejuvenating environment for guests and managing all aspects of the spa's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery.
• Lead, train, motivate, and schedule a team of therapists and spa receptionists to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop, promote, and manage spa treatment menus, packages, and retail offerings, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management for spa products and supplies, managing ordering and stock control.
• Implement and monitor service standards, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Manage spa budgets, track financial performance, and develop strategies to increase revenue and control costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations , treatment protocols, and wellness therapies.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
• Experience with spa booking systems and proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and drive revenue growth.
• A passion for wellness, beauty, and providing an outstanding guest experience.
