About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Specialised Deep Cleaning Operative to provide intensive cleaning services for various commercial and residential properties in Nottingham . This role goes beyond routine cleaning, focusing on intensive sanitation, stain removal, and restoration of environments, often in challenging or neglected spaces. You will be responsible for executing complex cleaning procedures, utilising specialised equipment and chemical treatments to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of different surface materials and cleaning agents, and a commitment to delivering superior cleaning outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and hard floor surfaces, including stain removal and restoration.
• Conduct high-level cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, including descaling, degreasing, and sanitising.
• Clean and sanitise ventilation systems, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas.
• Use specialised cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners, industrial vacuums, and pressure washers.
• Address biohazards and perform decontamination in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring safe storage and handling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in deep cleaning, restoration cleaning, or a similar specialised cleaning role.
• Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals, their properties, and safe application methods.
• Proficiency in operating specialised cleaning machinery and equipment.
