About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Sports Coach to join their prestigious football academy in Liverpool . You will be responsible for developing young talent, delivering high-quality coaching sessions, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for aspiring athletes. This role requires a deep understanding of football, excellent coaching methodologies, and a passion for youth development, contributing to the future of the sport in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging football training sessions for specific age groups.
• Implement coaching strategies that focus on technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical development.
• Monitor player progress, providing constructive feedback and individual development plans.
• Ensure a safe and positive coaching environment, adhering to all child protection and safeguarding policies.
• Collaborate with other coaches and academy staff to support the holistic development of players.
• Manage team logistics for matches and tournaments, including travel and equipment.

Requirements

• Relevant football coaching qualifications (e.g., FA Level 2 or equivalent).
• Experience coaching youth football teams, with a track record of player development.
• In-depth knowledge of football tactics, techniques, and game analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Valid DBS check and safeguarding certifications are mandatory.
