About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Sports Partnerships Manager to foster and manage key relationships within the Leisure & Sports sector in Bristol and surrounding areas. This role is crucial for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with sports organisations, governing bodies, community groups, and corporate entities. You will be instrumental in creating mutually beneficial collaborations that drive growth, enhance brand presence, and expand reach. The successful candidate will have a strong network within the sports industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building successful, long-term alliances, leveraging a hybrid working model for maximum effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with sports clubs, federations, and relevant organisations.
• Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
• Develop and implement joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key strategic partners, fostering strong relationships.
• Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for collaboration and business development.
• Prepare reports and presentations on partnership progress and ROI to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the sports industry.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing complex agreements.
