Staff Product Designer: AI Assistant Design System

Wise is seeking a senior designer for the AI-native Assistant Experience. You will own the shared chat design system across Figma, web, iOS, and Android, shaping the Wise Assistant for millions of customers across surfaces.

You will design end-to-end experiences, work with engineering on component APIs, and ensure a cohesive system as it scales across Wise products. Strong craft and system thinking are essential.
