Are you an experienced AC Engineer looking for a static role in Central London with a respected and well-established FM provider?

We are recruiting for a Static AC Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to move away from a mobile position and join a company known for its excellent staff retention, training opportunities and long-term career progression.

The Role

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a large AC estate. Working on VRV, VRF and split systems. Fault finding, servicing and repairs. Basic AHU maintenance and filter changes. PPM and reactive works across approximately 87 AC systems. Working closely with the client and site teams in a professional, customer-facing environment.Requirements

✅ F-Gas Qualified

✅ Strong AC maintenance and fault-finding experience

✅ Experience with VRV/VRF and split systems

✅ Good communication and customer-facing skills

✅ Able to work independently and manage workload effectively

Package

Up to £50,000 Basic Salary 1 in 4 Call Out Rota £100 Standby Payment Minimum 4 Hours Paid per Call Out Overtime Available 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Increases to 25 Days with Service Company Pension (5% Employee / 4% Employer) Death in Service Private Healthcare after 3 Years Ongoing Training & Development Company Social Events Internal Referral Programme This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing independent business where employees genuinely stay long term, with many members of the management team having over 7-10 years' service.
