Store Department Manager: Lead, Coach & Grow Teams

GO Outdoors LTD in Southampton is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high performing team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety/compliance, and drive financial performance in line with company targets.

You will develop colleagues through training programs, participate in hiring and onboarding, and coach teams to improve KPIs. A passion for retail and a minimum of two years in management are required.
