The Role

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, leading from the front in a consultative, customer-first home retail environment. You will:

• Drive sales performance, KPIs, and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience centred around home and lifestyle solutions
• Inspire customers through product knowledge, storytelling, and in-store experience
• Manage all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and compliance

• Proven experience as a Store Manager / Senior Retail Manager within homewares, furniture, interiors, or premium retail
