Strategic Development & Partnerships Manager

Brainkind, Burgess Hill, is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the Director in programme management across multiple projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, drive strategic planning, and lead business development initiatives to deliver agreed objectives.

You will work closely with operational teams to develop plans, conduct feasibility studies, negotiate developments, and promote Brainkind and its services at industry events. Strong PM and communication skills are essential.
