Strategic HR Business Partner (Contract) Change & Leadership

Homes England seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR services inside IR35 for a 6‑month contract. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days per week on site in Newcastle or Leeds and the remainder work from home.
