Strategic HR Partner for Education

Oasis Community Learning is seeking a People Manager to act as a strategic HR partner across multiple academies, delivering people plans and supporting school leaders.

You will lead on a wide range of HR matters with an experienced team, focusing on coaching, ER issues and proactive HR support in a hybrid environment. The role is core to Oasis’ People & Culture function and involves working with Principals and department leads.
