Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies that align with overall business objectives, focusing on long-term value and competitive advantage.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including market analysis, RFx development, negotiation, and contract award for complex services and goods.
• Manage key supplier relationships at a senior level, driving performance, innovation, and collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments of the supply base and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and supply chain resilience.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and supply chain optimization across spend categories.
• Provide expert guidance and support to business units on procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in strategic sourcing, category management, and complex contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing global sourcing strategies and delivering substantial cost savings.
• Deep understanding of supply market dynamics, risk management, and supplier relationship management frameworks.
