Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories of spend, aiming for cost reduction and improved supplier performance.

- Lead complex negotiations with suppliers, including pricing, service level agreements, and contract terms.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring ongoing collaboration and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure sourcing initiatives meet business needs.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in strategic sourcing to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Significant experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or a senior buyer role.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and achieve substantial cost savings.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in market analysis and total cost of ownership modelling.
- Excellent understanding of contract management and supplier relationship management principles.
- Proficiency in using e-sourcing tools and advanced procurement systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
