Key Responsibilities

• Advise public sector organizations on strategy development, policy implementation, and operational improvement.
• Lead diagnostic assessments to identify challenges and opportunities within public services.
• Develop strategies for service delivery optimization, digital transformation, and efficiency gains.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with public sector clients.
• Create compelling proposals and project plans for public sector engagements.
• Support clients through the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting , or working within the public sector in a strategic or operational role.
• Proven experience in delivering transformation or improvement programs within public bodies.
• Strong understanding of public sector challenges, policy drivers, and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
