Stroke Recovery Support Coordinator - Part-Time, Flexible

The Stroke Association is seeking a part-time Support Coordinator to join our team delivering a Stroke Recovery Service across the region. The role is home-based with travel across Birmingham & Solihull and surrounding areas, including team meetings and other work-related activities.

Part-time 21 hours per week with a salary around £17,000 per year (FTE ~£28,300). You will work with local Health and Social Care services to receive referrals, provide personalised information, advice and support,
