About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and other structures using industry-standard software.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications for construction.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless project integration.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Review shop drawings and calculations submitted by contractors for compliance with design intent.
• Stay current with advancements in structural engineering techniques, materials, and building codes.

Requirements

• Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural specialization.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in structural design.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or similar.
• Solid understanding of building codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, British Standards).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate technical information clearly.
