About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join their dynamic, remote-first team. This role involves the design, analysis, and oversight of structural elements for a variety of construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and other structures using advanced software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports for structural systems.
• Collaborate remotely with architects, contractors, and clients to resolve design challenges and ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct peer reviews of structural designs and calculations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during the construction phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering .
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent relevant chartership (e.g., MICE, MIStructE).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design and analysis for construction projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and relevant codes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting.
