Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed structural analysis and design validation using FEA and other simulation techniques.
• Develop and optimize mechanical designs for strength, stiffness, and fatigue life.
• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to design intent.
• Conduct material selection and testing to meet structural requirements.
• Investigate structural failures and recommend design modifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field with a focus on structures.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural analysis and design .
• Expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN).
• Strong understanding of mechanics of materials, solid mechanics, and dynamics.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design and drawing creation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
