About the Role

Our client is looking for a vibrant and efficient Student Accommodation Lettings Agent to join their team in Cambridge . This role is crucial during peak letting seasons, responsible for marketing student properties, conducting viewings, and securing bookings with students and their guarantors. You will need to be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a good understanding of the student housing market in Cambridgeshire . The ideal candidate will be proactive in their approach, energetic, and dedicated to providing a high level of service to students seeking accommodation near the university. This is a key role in a fast-paced sector of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Market student properties effectively through various online channels and university partnerships.
• Conduct viewings for prospective student tenants and their parents/guarantors.
• Process applications, references, and agreements for student lets efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with property owners and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for student occupancy.
• Provide information and support to students regarding accommodation options and the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of viewings, applications, and tenancies within the company's systems.

Requirements

• Experience in lettings , sales, or customer service, preferably within the student accommodation or real estate sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to connect with students.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in processing applications.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge area and student demographic is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work, especially during busy letting periods.
