Requirements

• Experience in property management , preferably within student or residential lettings.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills , with the ability to manage diverse residents.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for a hybrid role .

• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and health and safety regulations.
