About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Student Accommodation Manager to join their team in Liverpool . This role is responsible for the effective day-to-day management of student housing facilities, ensuring a positive and safe living environment for residents. You will be the key contact for students, addressing their needs, managing room allocations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and possesses strong interpersonal skills, with experience in a residential or student-focused environment in Liverpool .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of student accommodation facilities, ensuring a high-quality living experience.
• Manage resident inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, cleaning, and repairs within the accommodation.
• Conduct regular health and safety checks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, maintaining accurate occupancy records.
• Liaise with university departments, parents, and external service providers.

Requirements

• Experience in accommodation management , hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements in residential settings.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in using property management software.
• A genuine passion for supporting student welfare and experience in Liverpool is a plus.
