Student Experience & Facilities Operations Coordinator

The University Of Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Coordinator to join the Facilities Services team at City Campuses. You will manage cleaning, caretaking and postal courier services, delivering high-quality campus operations and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.

You will report to the City Campuses Key Accounts Buildings Manager, lead large teams, support staff with complex needs, drive service transformation, and help create a positive student experience across campus facilities.
