You will work within a harm-reduction framework, offering practical and emotional support, and facilitating access to treatment and rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients with substance misuse issues.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalised support plans.
• Offer harm reduction advice and interventions.
• Facilitate access to detoxification, treatment, and recovery services.
• Support clients in engaging with social, educational, and employment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and contribute to service monitoring.

Requirements

• Experience in substance misuse services or a related field.
• Understanding of addiction, recovery pathways, and harm reduction principles.
