About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join their dynamic FMCG operations team, working entirely remotely from Belfast . You will analyze complex supply chain data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction and performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory across the supply chain network, optimizing stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Support the implementation of supply chain technology solutions and process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on key supply chain metrics, including lead times, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, ideally within the FMCG industry .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Experience with demand planning, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
