Our client, a leading entity in the FMCG sector , is seeking a meticulous and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Nottingham . You will play a crucial role in analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and ensure timely product delivery across the network. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and manufacturing teams to implement supply chain enhancements.
- Assist in demand planning and inventory management processes.
- Support the development and implementation of new supply chain strategies and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Excellent understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team.
