About the Role

Our client, a leading entity in the FMCG sector , is seeking a meticulous and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Nottingham . This hybrid role offers the advantage of both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, enabling you to contribute effectively to optimizing our client's supply chain operations. You will play a crucial role in analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and ensure timely product delivery across the network. This position is vital for maintaining our client's competitive edge through robust and efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and manufacturing teams to implement supply chain enhancements.
Assist in demand planning and inventory management processes.
Support the development and implementation of new supply chain strategies and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably within FMCG.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Excellent understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
