Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

You will analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve inventory management, logistics, and overall supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in areas such as inventory, logistics, and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards for supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, manufacturing, sales) to ensure seamless flow of goods and information.
• Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and processes.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed supply chain initiatives and strategies.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations within the FMCG sector .
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
