About the Role
Our client is looking for a data-driven and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Cambridge . This hybrid role involves optimizing the flow of goods and information throughout the supply chain, from procurement to delivery. You will analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings and improved service levels. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports on supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and implement improvements in logistics, warehousing, and transportation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, production, sales) and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Support the development and implementation of new supply chain strategies and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies within the supply chain .
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI software.
- Excellent understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote and on-site collaboration.
- Experience with supply chain software or ERP systems is a plus.
