About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join their operations team, supporting the FMCG sector from Belfast . Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, lead times, and transportation costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely product availability.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain, utilizing data-driven insights and best practices.
• Support the planning and execution of product distribution, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery to customers across the UK.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party logistics providers, negotiating service level agreements and monitoring performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations, preferably within the FMCG sector .
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and experience with ERP or WMS systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with inventory management techniques and logistics optimization strategies.
