Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible work without travelling to different areas every day?

TeacherActive is working closely with a supportive and well-established academy trust in Essex that is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers / Cover Teachers to provide cover across its local schools.

This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching but would prefer the consistency of working within the same group of schools.

Whether you're looking for 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week, we can offer flexible working opportunities to suit your availability.

What makes this opportunity different?

Flexible working: Choose between 2 and 5 days per week to suit your lifestyle.

Local placements: Work across schools within the same academy trust, all based in one local area.

Consistency: Become familiar with the same schools, pupils and staff rather than constantly moving between unfamiliar settings.

Regular opportunities: Ongoing supply cover available throughout the academic year, depending on school requirements.

Work-life balance: Enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching without the full responsibilities of a permanent classroom position.

Variety: Gain experience across different classes and year groups while remaining within a supportive trust.
