Flexible Teaching Opportunities | Daily Supply to Long-Term & Permanent Roles

Love teaching. Want more choice about where, when and how you work?

You became a teacher to teach. Let us help you find the schools where you can enjoy doing just that.

At People Dynamix Education, we're looking for brilliant Primary Supply Teachers across Liverpool who want more flexibility, more choice and the opportunity to work in schools where they feel supported and valued.

Maybe you're looking for the freedom of occasional supply teaching. Perhaps you want a regular working week without committing to one school. Or maybe you're ready for your next long-term teaching position, with the possibility of something permanent.

Whatever your next step looks like, we'd love to help you find it.

Your teaching career. Your choice.

We work with Primary Schools across Liverpool and the surrounding areas, with opportunities ranging from:

Daily supply - Work when it suits you, with the freedom to choose your availability.

Short-term placements - A few days or weeks in one school.

Medium-term opportunities - Greater consistency while maintaining flexibility.

Full-term teaching roles - Become part of a school team for a term or longer.

Long-term and permanent opportunities - Find a school where you can really settle, develop and thrive.

Whether you're an experienced teacher, an Early Career Teacher (ECT), returning to teaching or simply ready for a change, there's a place for you in our growing team.

Great teaching deserves great pay.

£135-£200 per day, depending on experience and the role.

And importantly...

Your holiday pay is EXTRA.

It's paid in addition to your daily rate, not taken out of it.

You'll also benefit from:

Weekly pay

Flexible working that fits around your life

Opportunities across Liverpool and surrounding areas

The chance to experience different schools and year groups

Short, medium and long-term placements

Potential routes into permanent employment

Personal support, advice and guidance from a former Primary Headteacher who understands the realities of teaching and school life

A friendly, approachable team who genuinely take the time to get to know you

We're looking for teachers who...

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have a genuine passion for teaching and helping children succeed

Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

Bring confidence, adaptability and enthusiasm into the classroom

Have high expectations while recognising that every child and every school is different

Want to make a positive contribution, whether they're in a school for one day or one year

Not all recruitment agencies are the same.

And we don't think all teachers should be treated the same either.

People Dynamix Education is an independent education recruitment agency built around relationships, not simply filling vacancies.

Our education recruitment team includes a former Primary Headteacher with over 20 years of classroom and leadership experience.

We've been on the other side of the school office desk. We know the pressures teachers face, what makes a great school team and how important it is to feel supported in your work.

That's why we take time to get to know you.

Your experience. Your strengths. Your preferred year groups. Your availability. The schools you enjoy working in.

We want to match you with opportunities that work for you, not just the next vacancy on our screen.

What if you're not quite ready to make a move?

That's absolutely fine.

You might be teaching full-time and considering your options. You might be wondering whether supply teaching would suit you. Or perhaps you're already working with another agency but would like to see what else is available.

You don't have to make a big decision today.

Sometimes the best opportunities start with a simple conversation.

Ready to rediscover what you enjoy about teaching?

If you're a qualified Primary Teacher living in Liverpool or the surrounding areas, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today. Tell us what you're looking for. Let's see where teaching could take you next.
