About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of support workers, providing guidance and ongoing training.
• Coordinate daily care schedules and operational activities, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop, implement, and review individual care plans.
• Ensure adherence to all organisational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the quality of care provided, responding effectively to feedback and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior or supervisory role within social care or a related field.
• Demonstrable leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of care planning, risk assessment, and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ/QCF Level 3 or above) is desirable.
• Ability to manage operational demands within the Bristol area effectively.
