Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with learning disabilities, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and accessing community services.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of support provided, using both paper-based and digital systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals involved in their care.

Requirements
- Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities is highly desirable.
