Role Female Support Worker
Location Hinckley LE10
Hours Monday–Sunday | 9am–4pm | 4pm–10pm | Long days 9am–10pm
Rate of Pay £12.72 per hour, with enhanced evening/weekend pay and premium overtime rates (T’s & C’s apply)
Your Role You’ll support people in their own home, helping them maintain their independence, build confidence and enjoy everyday life. You’ll: Empower independence, no matter how big or small the step Provide personal care and practical support Help prepare meals and develop everyday life skills Encourage independence within the home Offer reassurance, companionship and a friendly face Support people to work towards their personal goalsFrom preparing dinner independently to planning a holiday, volunteering you’ll be part of the moments that make a difference.
