Support Worker - Flexible Shifts, Training & Growth

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Louth is seeking a patient, kind and reliable Support Worker. Experience isn't essential; you'll receive training and support to follow detailed care plans while working alone at times with four gentlemen aged between their 40s and 60s.

A full UK manual driving licence is required, and access to your own car is beneficial though not essential. The role offers part-time contracts: 2x30 hours and 1x26 hours, with shifts spanning days, nights and 1:1 support.
