Support Worker – LD & Autism Care at Home

Orchid Care Services is seeking Support Workers specialising in learning disabilities and autism to join The Orchid Team. The role involves supporting individuals by adapting to their unique needs and delivering holistic care that promotes wellbeing, safety and independence in their own homes and respite services.

We value empathy, a caring nature and dedication, and require a minimum of 3 years experience working with individuals with LD and autism in Jersey.
