Job Description
Vibe Care Agency are looking for experienced support workers with experience working in supported living settings. You would need to have a caring and compassionate nature and enjoy working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs & epilepsy.
We have various locations in and around Oxfordshire
This is a flexible role, to fit around any other commitments you may have.

What we are looking for:
Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism & complex needs Minimum 12 months experience working for a social care agency or 6 months in a permanent support role Excellent communication skills Experience supporting individuals that may display behaviours that challenge Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Dedicated, flexible, honest and reliableMain responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to individuals with a range of learning disabilities, complex needs & autism. Providing companionship and emotional support Support with daily tasks which may include supporting with personal care, meal preparation & activities. Promote independence and encourage individuals to do as much for themselves as possible. Accompanying individuals to medical appointments and community/social outings Report any changes in individual's behaviours or health conditions Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of individuals interactions and progressWhy should you join Vibe Care?
