About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with a range of care and support needs, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support to service users.
*
Assist individuals with their daily living activities and personal care where required.
*
Support service users with their emotional and social wellbeing.
*
Assist with mobility and safe moving and handling procedures.
*
Follow individual care plans and support plans.
*
Support service users with appointments, activities, and community access.
*
Maintain accurate and confidential care records.
*
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection-control procedures.
*
Report any concerns, incidents, or changes in a service user's condition to the appropriate senior staff.
*
Work effectively as part of a care team and communicate professionally with colleagues, service users, and families.
Essential Requirements
*
Minimum 1 year of UK care/support work experience – essential.
*
Valid and up-to-date DBS – essential.
*
Valid Moving & Handling training certificate – essential.
*
Previous experience working in a UK care home, supported living, residential care, or similar setting.
*
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
*
A compassionate and respectful approach to supporting vulnerable adults.
*
Right to work in the UK
