Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced female Support Workers to provide 2:1 support to a young autistic woman living with her family in Cornwall (TR13)
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' UK care experience
- Valid full UK driving licence
- Previous experience supporting individuals with autism
- Experience or understanding of varied communication needs
- Patient, calm and compassionate approach
- Comfortable supporting someone who uses a wheelchair
- Reliable and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Female applicants only due to the specific requirements of the role
