Supported Accommodation Support Worker
Location: Prescot
Contract: Full Time | Permanent (32.5 hours per week)
Salary:
- Unqualified: £13.49 per hour (£28,558.10 per annum including sleep-ins)
- Qualified: £15.02 per hour (£31,143.80 per annum including sleep-ins)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Supported Accommodation Support Workers to join a service supporting young people aged 16-18 leaving care in Prescot.
You will be joining a well-established organisation with an excellent reputation across the care sector, offering a range of services including children's residential care, supported accommodation, and in-house training and development , providing excellent opportunities for career progression.
In this role you will support young people to develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently, including budgeting, cooking, maintaining a home, accessing education or employment, and preparing for adulthood.
Shift PatternYou'll work 2 long shifts per week (not on consecutive days) and 2sleep-in shifts that follow those long shifts , giving you more days off each week.
What We're Looking For- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable individuals is desirable.
