Supported Living Coordinator - Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Supported Living Coordinator to join their dedicated, fully remote team, overseeing services for individuals in the Oxford area. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and high quality of supported living environments, remotely managing care plans, coordinating support staff, and liaising with clients, families, and external agencies. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and review of person-centred support plans for individuals in supported living settings.
• Coordinate the recruitment, training, and ongoing supervision of support staff teams.
• Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate coverage across all supported living locations.
• Conduct regular virtual quality assurance checks and service reviews to ensure high standards of care.
• Liaise effectively with families, advocates, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
• Maintain comprehensive records, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, such as NVQ Level 4 or equivalent.
• Significant experience in managing supported living services or similar residential care settings.
• Thorough understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding principles, and person-centred care practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for remote management, communication, and record-keeping.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions in a remote-first environment.
