Supported Living Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Supported Living Coordinator to manage services for individuals living in supported housing schemes in and around Cambridge . You will oversee the delivery of person-centred support, ensuring residents can live independently and safely within their community. This hybrid role combines essential on-site engagement with residents and staff with remote administrative and planning duties, offering a balanced approach to service management within Cambridgeshire .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review individual support plans for residents.
• Ensure the provision of high-quality support services, including personal care and life skills development.
• Conduct regular property inspections and risk assessments to ensure resident safety.
• Line manage and provide guidance to a team of support staff, including recruitment and training.
• Liaise with external agencies, families, and commissioners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage budgets and administrative tasks associated with supported living schemes.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in supported living, social care management, or a similar leadership role.
• Good understanding of learning disabilities, mental health, or other relevant support needs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to balance remote administrative tasks with on-site responsibilities.
• Proficiency in IT systems for case management, scheduling, and reporting.
• Relevant qualifications such as Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
