About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Supported Living Coordinator to oversee their services in Derby . This crucial role involves managing a team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living in supported living accommodations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of support workers, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Develop, implement, and review personalised support plans for residents, ensuring they meet individual needs and preferences.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and coordinate care services with external agencies and professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards of care.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the supported living services, including staff rotas, resource management, and budget oversight.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within supported living or a related social care setting.
• A relevant qualification, such as an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care principles, safeguarding, and CQC regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in IT, including care planning software and standard office applications.
