Supporter Engagement Officer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and engaging Supporter Engagement Officer to foster and strengthen relationships with their valued donors and supporters in Norwich . Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in supporter engagement , donor relations, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the charity sector .
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in managing communications and data.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
