Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable design strategies across all project phases.

- Conduct energy modeling and analysis to optimize building performance and reduce environmental impact.
- Collaborate with engineers and specialists to integrate renewable energy systems and green technologies.
- Advise clients and project teams on sustainability certifications (e.g., BREEAM, LEED) and best practices.
- Stay current with advancements in sustainable architecture and environmental design.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with a strong interest and demonstrable experience in sustainable design.
- Proficiency in energy modeling software and sustainable design tools.
- Knowledge of environmental building standards and certifications.
- Understanding of passive design strategies, lifecycle assessment, and embodied carbon.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate sustainability considerations effectively into architectural design.
