About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their thriving team, operating remotely and supporting their operations based in Manchester . You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and attracting top talent across various departments. This role requires a keen understanding of recruitment best practices, a passion for candidate experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You will be a key player in building a strong talent pipeline to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a dedicated recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Demonstrable success in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage workload autonomously.
