Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video), and assess candidate suitability.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
- Negotiate offers and manage the pre-boarding process for successful candidates.
- Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to track candidate progress and maintain recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR field.
- Demonstrable success in sourcing and hiring candidates across various industries and levels.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
